It’s open enrollment time for these health insurance plans: Vermont Health Connect, Medicare Part D (prescription coverage) and Medicare Part C (Medicare Advantage Plans).
You should review your health plan options every year because premiums, deductibles, coinsurance and formularies (lists of covered drugs) can change.

- Vermont Health Connect — sign up for a health plan or change your plan from November 1 - January 15
- Medicare Part D — sign up for a plan or change your plan from October 15 to December 7
- Medicare Part C (Medicare Advantage Plans) — sign up for a plan October 15 to December 7 (Note: From January 1 to March 31 you can change your Part C plan.)
