Medicaid’s pharmacy billing system has been impacted by a national network issue. If you have Medicaid, you should still be able to get your medications. Federal law also requires pharmacies to provide a 72-hour emergency supply when the medication is needed without delay. You should not be billed for your prescription.
If you have trouble getting your prescriptions, contact the Office of the Health Care Advocate. You can reach our helpline at 1-800-917-7787 or visit our website to fill out an online help request.
