If you ask someone to stop coming into your home but the person keeps coming anyway, you can use a Notice Against Trespass to keep the person out.

Notice Against Trespass

You are hereby notified by (enter your name), the person in lawful possession of the premises at (enter the address this notice is for), that I do not authorize you to enter these premises. If you enter these premises in violation of this notice you may be subject to arrest and prosecution pursuant to 13 VSA § 3705 as well as civil suit. 

A copy of this notice has been provided to the (enter the name of your local police department) Police Department and the Vermont State Police.
