The Choices for Care Long-Term Care Medicaid program helps pay for care and support for older Vermonters and people with physical disabilities. It may be able to help you with some of the costs of your long-term care.
To get long-term care services through Choices for Care, you must be found eligible. Choices for Care has both financial and clinical (physical) requirements. You must meet both requirements.
