A note about public benefits programs
Due to efforts by the current administration, staffing and funding at some federal agencies are being cut. Program offerings and rules may also be changing. The changes may also affect assistance programs offered by the State of Vermont that rely on funding from the federal government.
These changes are happening rapidly. We will update information on our website as soon as we can after a change takes place.
Please know that these changes may affect the assistance programs that you apply to or participate in. They may also affect how long it takes for you to get answers to your questions about the programs.
Check their official websites for the latest information. Contact us if you lose benefits or your application is denied. We may be able to give you advice.
