The Pride Center of Vermont
The Pride Center of Vermont offers health care supports for transgender and non-binary Vermonters. Health care resources include HIV prevention, education and testing, tobacco cessation, and cancer screening access and support. The Vermont Diversity Health Project helps LGBTQ patients identify safe, affirming, supportive and effective health care providers.
Outright Vermont
Outright offers a mental health resource guide. Information was collected through recommendations from youth, community members, databases, conversations with providers, and organizations from all over the state. The guide lists mental health providers and explains whether they have experience working with clients who are trans, non-binary or questioning.
