The BDAP Project

Help for people who get Brain Injury Program services or Developmental Disability Services

  • Do you have a problem with your living, learning or working situation?
  • Do you have a developmental disability or traumatic brain injury (TBI)?

We can help you protect your rights. We can help you get the support you need.

BDAP is a new project at Vermont Legal Aid. BDAP advocates can help you if you have a complaint. We can investigate. We can help solve problems.

BDAP stands for the Brain Injury and Developmental Disabilities Advocacy Project.

If you have questions after reading this information, contact us. Call us at 1-800-889-2047 or fill out our form and we will call you back. Your information will be sent to Legal Services Vermont, which screens requests for help for both Vermont Legal Aid and Legal Services Vermont.

You can also ask a friend, support worker or guardian to call for you. If you ask someone to help contact us, we will need your permission to share information with them.
