If you are filing your own case in court, or you are responding to a lawsuit against you and are filing counterclaims, there will be a fee to file your case with the court. (Normally paid to “Vermont Superior Court.”)
If you cannot afford this fee, bring this form with you to the court house or send it to the court with your complaint or counterclaim.
