For each charge that was “Dismissed by state,” on your docket sheet, write: Expunge.
For each charge that has “Plea Guilty” or “Plea Nolo Contendere” figure out whether you were under 25 when the crime was committed. If you were under 25 at the “alleged offense date” on the docket sheet write: Under 25.
For all crimes committed after you turned 25:
