The Office of Health Care Advocate represents consumers, creates policy white papers, and provides comments and testifies on policy issues to ensure that the consumer perspective is represented before the Green Mountain Care Board; the state legislature; and State departments, committees, boards and task forces.
In addition, the HCA creates presentations and scholarly articles to assist advocates and attorneys in assisting and representing Vermonters with regard to health care-related issues.
