If you have a complaint about Vermont Health Connect, you can:
- Call the Governor’s Office at 802-828-3333. Tell them your name and town. Tell them why you are calling. They track Vermont Health Connect complaints.
- Contact your local legislators. They can make laws to change Vermont Health Connect. They can make laws to replace Vermont Health Connect. Here’s how to reach your legislators.
- File a complaint directly with Vermont Health Connect. There are three ways to do this. You can call Vermont Health Connect at 1-855-899-9600. If you have an online account, you can click “My Requests.” Or you can send a letter to Vermont Health Connect:
